HIGH TORQUE WRENCH PUMPS -240 Volt - 10,000 psi 2 port - Proven - Reliable - High flow. These Torque Wrench Pumps are specifically set up to run Hydraulic Torque Wrenches. The pumps are a double acting system. The Advance port is pressure adjustable between 1,500 to 10,000 psi . This is required to set and control the hydraulic wrench torque output. The retract port pressure is controlled at 1,400 psi to retract the tool piston. Torque wrench Pumps come in 240 Volt or Air Driven. High Torque Power packs come standard with 4" Pressure Gauge, Regulator, 10L sump, 3m Remote Control, Test tagged, Couplers & Oil, Sight Level Glass, Temp Gauge Ready to go. HOSE SETS - WRENCHES, HIGH-TORQUES 4:1 Hose Sets For High Torques: These hose sets are specifically set up for High Torque tool units. The Hose is a 1/4" diameter Steel braid, twin line, double acting hose. It is set up for advance & retract. It comes complete with fittings Male & Female screw couplers & Hydraulic Test Tag. We recommend this hose for high torque tools. The hose sets have a 4:1 rating ( 10,000 operating with a 40,000psi burst ) suiting double acting systems. It is Yellow for high viability and is marked as a "High Torque Hose" to avoid and confusion. We already supply this hose to many large Mining companies and heavy industry. |
